Supported USDT networks
Choose the network used by the actual transfer. ReceiptOnChain currently lists USDT on Tron (TRC20), Ethereum (ERC20), BSC, Arbitrum and Optimism. A transaction hash on one network cannot be looked up on another. Select USDT and the matching network in the generator.
- TRC20: USDT transferred on Tron. Use the Tron transaction hash from a Tron wallet or explorer.
- ERC20: USDT transferred on Ethereum. Use the Ethereum transaction hash.
- Other supported networks: BSC, Arbitrum and Optimism each have their own transaction history and hash lookup.
How to find the transaction hash
- Open the completed USDT transfer in your wallet history or the relevant block explorer.
- Copy the full transaction hash, sometimes labeled TxID.
- In the generator, choose USDT and the correct network, paste the hash and select Lookup.
- Confirm the amount, destination address and date before entering payee and client details.
Guest PDF generation requires a confirmed transaction with a valid date. If lookup fails, check the hash and network, allow time for confirmation, or retry after a provider outage.
How the USD value is shown
The generator uses a 1 USDT = 1 USD reference assumption to calculate the receipt total. This is a convenience for payment records, not a measured historical market price or proof that USDT traded at exactly one dollar at the time. Review the value against your own records before sharing or using it for bookkeeping.

Frequently asked questions
Can I make a USDT receipt without signing up?
Yes. Confirmed transaction lookup, PDF preview and download are available without an account. Sign in only if you want to save and manage receipts, clients and reports.
Does a USDT transaction prove the payee or client name?
No. The chain records a transfer between addresses. The names and service description on the receipt are supplied by you and should be checked independently.
