Find and check your Bitcoin TxID
Open the payment in your Bitcoin wallet history or on a Bitcoin block explorer and copy the 64-character TxID. In the receipt generator, choose BTC on Bitcoin, paste the TxID and run Lookup. Review the recipient address, BTC amount, confirmation status and block date before creating the receipt.
If a payment is still pending, wait for confirmation and try again. A missing block date also prevents guest PDF generation because the receipt needs a defensible payment date.
Bitcoin amounts and USD reference values
The Bitcoin amount comes from the transaction lookup. The USD figure is calculated using a CoinGecko historical reference for the transaction date. It is not a quote from the exact second of transfer. Review the estimate and retain any exchange or accounting records needed for your own reporting method.
What the PDF records
- Payee and client names you enter, with optional address and tax ID fields.
- Payment date, BTC amount, Bitcoin network and transaction hash.
- Destination wallet address, USD reference value and optional notes.
The Bitcoin network does not identify who controls an address or what service was provided. The PDF organizes evidence and supplied business details; it does not independently verify identity or satisfy every jurisdiction’s legal or tax rules.

Frequently asked questions
Can I use an unconfirmed Bitcoin transaction?
Guest PDF creation waits for confirmation and a valid transaction date. Check the payment again after it is included in a block.
Is this a Bitcoin invoice?
No. An invoice requests payment. This tool documents a completed payment. See the invoice versus receipt guide.
